PRIVACY

Your enquiry and your information.

This note explains how the project enquiry form works. Please share only the information needed to discuss your project.

What the form collects

The form collects your name, email address, optional organisation and deadline, service and delivery choices, and project brief. Please do not provide patient-identifiable information, health records or sensitive personal information.

How it is used

SCALPEL & SCRIPT uses these details to consider and respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential project. The basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, or legitimate interests in handling professional enquiries where appropriate. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing.

Where it is stored

Enquiries are stored in this website’s hosted database. The site uses OpenAI Sites and its hosting infrastructure to operate the website and store submissions. Enquiries are not displayed publicly. Hosting providers may also process technical information needed for security and delivery. If email notifications are enabled, the enquiry details are also processed by Resend to send a private notification to the business inbox. They are not added to a marketing list.

Retention

Enquiry records older than 180 days are removed from the database on the next form submission. Email copies, where created, are reviewed and deleted within 180 days unless needed for an agreed project. Information needed for an agreed project may be transferred to separate business records, with retention explained when the project is agreed.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, by emailing Admin@ScalpelScript.com or using the contact form. Identify your earlier enquiry without including sensitive information. You can also raise concerns with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not add advertising or analytics trackers. The hosting platform may use necessary cookies for access, security or session management.
